Transportation to the Wedding
The parking lot at HammerSky Vineyards is very small, therefore parking is not permitted on the premises during the wedding. In addition, the roads to the vineyard are very windy, narrow and not lit at night. We want everyone to enjoy themselves and because we care about your safety, we are providing shuttle transportation to and from the wedding.
Shuttle buses will depart from and return to the four hotels where we've blocked guest rooms. You may choose to stay elsewhere, though you must take one of these shuttles to the wedding.
Please note: if you drive to the vineyard for the wedding, you will unfortunately be turned away.
Confirmed shuttle departure times are below. Please make sure to board the shuttles no later than 3:00 p.m.
For guests at the La Bellasera Hotel & Suites or Hampton Inn & Suites
The shuttle will depart from the parking lot between the two hotels.
2:45 p.m. Bus #1 arrives at hotel parking lot
3:00 p.m. Bus #1 departs for HammerSky
For guests at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites or Best Western Plus Black Oak
The shuttle will depart from the Holiday Inn parking lot.
2:45 p.m. Bus #2 arrives at Holiday Inn parking lot
3:00 p.m. Bus #2 departs for HammerSky
The reception will last until 10 p.m., but shuttles will be available to return guests to their hotels starting at 8:30 p.m., running every 30 minutes.
